The Jewish Tradition of Chinese Food and a Movie on Christmas
December 25th, 2010

'Tis the season for another round of reposts! (How long are blogger maternity leaves anyways?)

What's a Jew on Christmas to do? When you feel like the only kid in town without a Christmas tree is the answer to eat Chinese food and watch a movie?

Sure, you could partake in that age-old Jewish tradition, but there's an even older Jewish tradition happening this year on December 25 - Shabbos.  So why not also take some time to fill 'er up on a deeper part of your heritage. And find out why I Don't Roll on Shabbos.

When you know how special your own heritage is, you won't have to worry about dealing with missionaries.

Good Shabbos!
